Holly Lodge is a stunning new concept in Luxury Bed & Breakfast establishments. Holly Lodge opened in April 2010 , having been purpose built and is now rated Four Star Glod Award by Visit Britain. Holly Lodge has also recently been awarded the prestigious Kelloggs Breakfast Award.
Private entrance and Reception area leads to 6 en-suite bedrooms in contemporary style with travertine tiled wet room showers throughout.All rooms are double , twins or super king sized double beds.Each room has quality flat screen TV with Sky and Freeview package.
The breakfast room has individual tables where only locally sourced produce is served and after fresh fruit ( in season ) and cold buffet a choice of hot breakfast includes smoked salmon , famous Crater Kippers and a tasty Northumbrian Grill with Alnwick Moor free range eggs and quality fare from Greens of Longframlington, sausage and back bacon.
A guest lounge to relax in has a 42'' Flat Screen TV with Sky and Freeview.While outside the rear garden has a beautiful decking area and gardens to enjoy alongside the two fish ponds and waterfall feature.
Parking is in the grounds and is secure and can hold up to ten cars and is protected by C.C.T.V. cameras.

For a perfect peaceful nights sleep Holly Lodge is situated up a very quiet cul-de-sac, The Avenue ,off Prudhoe Street, three minutes walk from the Town Centre, Alnwick Gardens and Alnwick Castle.

Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Bookings . For advance bookings a minimum of two nights is usually required.Late bookings for single nights will be accepted if we have an available room but with an increased tariff of £5 per person.Telephone us for availability.Better still , book for a minimum of two nights to ensure your room.

Other Policies

• Settlement. Settlement by cash,cheque, debit or credit card may be preferred .
• Reservations. A non-refundable deposit by debit card or credit card for the first nights tariff is required to reserve each room. Deposits should br received within 5 days of making the reservation otherwise we cannot guarantee the room.Deposit cheques should be made payable to G G Swordy.
• Cancellations. If you cancel within 14 days of the first nights reservation the balance of the booking is payable.If we are able to re-let the room you would be refunded with the deduction of aan admin fee of £25 plus any additional costs incurred in letting the room.
• Arrival Times Please arrive between 4pm and 6pm unless we have agree and confirmed alternative arrangements. If unforeseen circumstances on the day affect your confirmed arrival schedule please telephone us.
• Departure Times Rooms should be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of your departure.
• Dietary Requirements. If any guests have special dietary requirements we can cater for these if advised at the time of boooking.
• No Smoking. Smoking is not allowed within any of the rooms within Holly Lodge. There is a smoking area in the rear garden.
• Reckless Damage. We ask that you treat your accommodation at Holly Lodge as you would your own home.We retain the right to charge you for the cost of rectification of any excessive damage or soilage you cause to any of the property or furnishings.
• Wireless Broadband. Free wireless broadband is available throughout Holly Lodge 24 hours a day.
• Loss of Key Any keys that are lost or not handed back in on departure will incurr a replacement charge of £25 which only covers the cost of the key and the special key fob.
