Golland Farm

At Golland we cater for all tastes where you can do as much or as little as you wish. With simply stunning views from all the cottages you can relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the Devonshire countryside.

There's a fun packed grassy childrens play area perfect for fun & games. Walk's around the farm that take you across acres of stunning farmland including water meadows filled with glorious wild flowers and fantastic wildlife (the land is a sanctuary for otters, deer, foxes, badgers, owls and buzzards) and for the more energetic, bridlepaths that will take you into the farms, closest village's of Burrington and Chulmleigh where you can sample the local Award Winning Devon Ale.

For those who like to fish there are two half acre lakes well stocked with Carp and other species of course fish. There is no closed season and fishing is free for our holiday makers. Finally for our 4 legged friends there are walks around the farm where they can run free and jump into the odd muddy puddle or lake!

Booking Policies

We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Cancellations can be made to your booking but you will lose your deposit unless the cottage can be re-let. Wherever possible we will try to accomodate a change in your holiday date if the cottage is available. This would be subject to a surcharge if the date falls in a higher price bracket i.e low to high season.

Other Policies

• Our change over days for the cottages are strictly on a Friday or Saturday, during low season we may be able to accomodate different days to start your holiday on or accomodate a shorter break. Please email us first before making your booking.
