Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:      
Check-In: Check-in is available from 15:00pm GMT Monday through Sunday. Earlier check-in times from 13:00pm are available upon request. Earlier check-in times between 11:00 to 14:45 may be available at an extra charge of £15.00GBP per room - Subject to availability. Payable in advance when available & confirmed.
Check-Out: Check-out is available from 07:00am GMT Monday through Sunday. Earlier check-out times are available upon request. Later check-out times between 11:00 to 14:30 may be available at an extra charge of £15.00GBP per room - Subject to availability. Payable in advance when available & confirmed.
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 48 Hours before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the full amount may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours notice. Pre-Pay rates/rooms are non refundable once booked and require immediate payment. Payment for all bookings will be taken 24 Hours before arrival (except Pre-Pay). Other Policies- Pre-Pay Rates/Rooms are fully payable in advance. You must provide correct & vaild credit card details which will be charged upon booking within 48 hours. Pre-Pay Rates/Rooms are non refundable once booked under any circumstances. Your room may be released / relet if you do not provide correct / vaild card details, or if your card declines and we are unable to contact you through any other the contact methods you provide us with. You may Amend this room for a set fee of £12.50GBP, subject to availability.
