Booking Policies
We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:     
Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 7 Days notice. Other Policies- Payment Information:
Payment by credit or debit card will incur an additional surcharge of 5%. If a credit card is used to secure the booking then a pre-authorisation on the card will be taken to the full value of the booking. If a debit card is used to secure the booking, then the full value of the stay plus the 5% surcharge will be charged to the card at the time of booking. Roban House does not take American Express.

The house does not permit rooms to be shared by more than the number of people booked.
Roban House will contact you after your booking to confirm details of accommodation, check-in, parking and any special requirements.
- Breakfast is not included. A healthy continental breakfast (cereal, yoghurt, ham, cheese, toast, tea, coffee) can be provided in your room at a cost of £5.50 per person.
