Booking Policies
We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request. We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:
Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Please note that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy calculated from 12 noon of the day of arrival. If you cancel within the 48 hour slot, we may charge the person who booked the room for the first night. Should you not cancel and not turn up at all, then we may charge you for the full stay. Cancellations can only be accepted by telephone and will be confirmed by e-mail/letter. Other Policies- AS MEANS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO, JCB, CHEQUES WITH A GUARANTEE CARD & PROOF OF IDENTITY OR STERLING. Please note that due to high bank charges we are forced to charge 2% for transactions made with a credit card. Debit card payments are free of charge. You also have the option to pay cash or by cheque.
- Minimum stay:
There is a minimum stay of two nights on bank holiday weekends and during special events.
