Various ensuite rooms available and tastefully decorated. Full English breakfast or continental if preferred, upon request. Early morning local taxi service available for early flights. Only 10 mins to airport. There is a train station within an 8 min walk at Marston Green which is one stop to the NEC and Birmingham Airport at £1.50 return. Local shops include hairdressers, small supermarket/newsagent, fish and chip and Chinese Restaurant and take away.

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 48 Hours before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours notice.

Other Policies

• A £12.00 non refundable deposit for each day's booking is taken from card details. There is a 48 hr cancellation policy from 12 noon 48hrs before booking date. If 48 hrs are not given then the full amount must be paid. On large NEC shows there is a 7 day's cancellation policy as above.
