Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment by bank transfer. We accept payment with the following cards:      
Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. No show or a cancellation with less than 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total balance will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking. Credit cards will be charged the full amount to the person who made the original booking.
Deposits are at a minimum of the first nights booking fee and are non-refundable. All major credit/debit cards accepted. The FULL balance must be paid up on arrival.
Other Policies- The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part to that contract cause any detriment to the well-being or comfort of other guests.
All damages will be charged to the named person responsible for the original booking. Credit cards will be charged if payment is not made before departure
We are a non-smoking guest-house. Any Guests causing us suspicion of smoking in their rooms will be asked to leave and the booking will be cancelled with all charges due plus a room cleaning/loss of revenue charge of up to 2 nights room rate.
