Booking Policies
We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:      
Standard Check-In Time: 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 72 Hours notice.We reserve the right to move guest to eqivalent rooms within the buliding unless otherwise requested. If the we are unable to provide the guest with the reservation as booked, it will make reasonable attempts to remedy the situation by contacting the guest directly as soon as possible. Other Policies- check in time 13:00-18:00, if you not check in during that period please arrange the check in time with us.
- please note that we charge 2% extra on VISA or MASTER payment, NO extra charge on DEBIT, MASTRO and CASH payment.
- Please note that by law all rooms are smoke-free. All room price base on room only including VAT.
