Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings. We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:
Check-In: Check in from 2 pm to 9 pm (Mon to Fri) and 2 pm to 5 pm (Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Upon reservation, a one night deposit will be charged to the card provided, and this is non refundable. Within 7 days of arrival, the remainder of the booking becomes non refundable and will be charged in the event of cancellation or stay reduction. Other Policies- Important: On Saturdays and Sundays, check in must be before 5 pm.
- We normally insist on a 2 night minimum stay over weekends, and a 3 night minimum over Public Holiday weekends
- Group Bookings for multiple rooms should not be booked online. We do not accept stag groups, and any other groups of 6 people or more should call us direct to discuss. We reserve the right to cancel bookings which we have reason to believe are group bookings.
- We reserve the right to cancel any reservations which do not meet our terms, conditions or policies as detailed on our website and on myuk.travel. Debit/Credit Cards which prove to be declined will immediately invalidate a reservation, until alternative details can be provided.
