CHECK IN IS ONLY AVAILABLE BETWEEN 11AM & 9PM MON TO FRI AND 11AM TO 5PM ON SAT & SUN. LATEST CHECK OUT IS 11AM. Please confirm your arrival time 24 hours before your arrival. 1 night's non-refundable deposit is taken from card details at the point of booking. Cancellations & modifications must be made 7 days before your arrival date, a minimum stay may apply. In the event of a no show/cancellation with less than 7 day notice prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the outstanding total will be charged. All payments by credit card (not debit card) have a 2.5% surcharge. Hudsons may occasionally move guests to equivalent rooms within the building unless otherwise requested. If Hudsons is unable to provide the guest with the reservation as booked, it will make reasonable attempts to remedy the situation by contacting the guest directly as soon as possible. Breakfast is served 8.30-10.00am Mon-Fri & 9.00-10.30am Sat & Sun. Hudsons not take large groups & is a no smoking building.

  • CARD DETAILS ARE USED AS A GUARANTEE AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE AGAINST THE PROPERTY. HUDSONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST FOR THE CVC CODE (LAST THREE DIGITS FROM SIGNATURE STRIP) AND OTHER INFORMATION FROM CARD DETAILS PROVIDED TO ACCEPT RESERVATION.
  • TO GET TO US BY CAR continue on the A23 towards the seafront. Drive past St.Peter's Church and the road approaches the Royal Pavilion. You should see a left filter signposted to the Royal Sussex Hospital A&E Dept. Take the left filter into Edward Street and go up past the Law Courts and the American Express building (about 200 mtrs.from the A23). On the right you should see a cream building, opposite the Youth Centre. This is the corner of Devonshire place. Turn right into Devonshire Place and we are the fifth building on the right. If you miss the left filter into Edward Street then keep going towards the sea front. Once there go all the way around the roundabout and back on the A23 towards London. Take the right at the traffic lights by the Pavilion and you are in Edward Street. On-street voucher parking is available at £6.50 per day (cash payment only). Hudsons stock vouchers for guests use only.
  • TO GET TO US BY BUS FROM THE STATION get a No. 7 headed for either the Marina or the Bristol Estate. It goes through the town centre, across Old Steine (the War Memorial) and into St. James Street. Get off at the second stop in St. James Street by the Tin Drum pub and Devonshire Place is second on the left.
