Trading as the Genevieve Hotel for many years the property has now been up-graded and combines all the features of a late 18th century (built in 1765) townhouse with the modern comforts of the 21st Century. Within eyesight of the Brighton Pier and a leisurely stroll from the city centre, the location is ideal for those on business or away for pleasure.

Rooms range from practical single to luxury doubles and Executive doubles with super king size beds with some four posters. All are en-suite with either shower or bath with shower, and are imaginatively equipped for your comfort. We always endeavour to exceed your expectations.

We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Check-In: Guests can check-in from 14:00 hrs until very late, as we have a key-less door system which can be opened by a code given in advance, or by remote operation.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 11.00 Check-out before or during breakfast may not be possible due to availability of staff, so please arrange to settle your account the day before if you wish to make an early departure.
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty up to 3 days before the day of arrival. For purpose of clarification the cut off time is 12:00 on the third day prior to the day of arrival.
