Situated in a quiet residential street in the Brunswick area of the city on the boundary of Brighton and Hove, Lichfield House offers superior guest house accommodation. 150 meters to the promenade and the renowned Brunswick Lawns, and a short stroll from the Brighton Centre and the city attractions.

As well as being almost next door to the “Old Market” we benefit from easy access to the Brighton Conference Centre and the wealth of shops, bars and cafes; we are only a few minutes stroll from the seafront, the Sussex County Cricket Ground and other Brighton attractions.

Check-In: Guests can check-in from 14:00 hrs until very late, as we have a key-less door system which can be opened by a code given in advance, or by remote operation.
Check-Out: Check-out time is 11.00 Check-out before or during breakfast may not be possible due to availability of staff, so please arrange to settle your account before, if you wish to make an early departure.

Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty up to 3 days before the day of arrival. For purpose of clarification the cut off time is 12:00 on the third day prior to the day of arrival. Cancellations after this time will be charged at the full rate for the booking.
