Booking Policies
We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request. We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. No changes to or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are not available. Other Policies- CANCELLATION POLICY : A credit card is required to secure your reservation.
On confirmation of the booking your card will be charged for the first night's stay.
On arrival your card will be charged for the duration of your stay.
If the reservation is subsequently cancelled the first night's payment is non-refundable.
If the reservation is cancelled 72 hours or less prior to your arrival date you may be charged the full amount of the reservation.
- Minimum stay of 2 nights at weekends and 3 on Bank Holidays; 3 night minimum stay is required during any conference/exhibition weeks and the 'Pride' weekend.
- Check in is by appointment as there is no permanently manned reception.
- Prices for all accommodation are the total bedroom price not the per person rate.
