The Cecil House Hotel is the friendliest and most affordable seafront Hotel in Brighton, located just opposite the historic West Pier - a stone’s throw from Brighton’s famous pebble beach.

At the Cecil House Hotel we give you good old-fashioned B&B hospitality, modern and clean en-suite rooms, a great location and, with our low prices, the luxury of money in your pocket to spend on enjoying yourself out and about in our famous city by the sea.

We have 12 rooms in total, all with ensuite shower room, tea & coffee and TV. Eight look out over the coast, and four look down on a little French church tucked away amongst the city’s old-world, snaking streets.

One night's deposit is taken from card details at the point of booking. Cancellations and modifications must be made 7 days before your arrival date. In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to 100% of the total booking value will be charged. We reserve the right to move guest to eqivalent rooms within the buliding unless otherwise requested. If the we are unable to provide the guest with the reservation as booked, it will make reasonable attempts to remedy the situation by contacting the guest directly as soon as possible.
