Historic Grade II listed former Harbour Masters house with stunning views of Brixham Harbour & beyond to Paington & Torbay.

Converted to a hotel in the 1950’s Harbour View has welcomed visitors to Brixham for nearly 60 years. Now with every modern convenience including free Wi-Fi (from July 2009) and flat screen digital TV’s, you are invited to stay in one of our bright comfortable en-suite rooms and enjoy the experience for yourself. All rooms also include guest controlled central heating.

We accept instant confirmation online bookings.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

We have NOT charged your card or taken a deposit. You pay at the hotel on arrival or check out. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 days before arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter, 1 nights accommodation may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 7 days notice and we are unable to re-let the room. The total value of the booking may be charged in the event of a no show or curtailment (cutting short your stay). We recommended you have travel insurance.

Other Policies

• ARRIVAL TIMES - We are a small 8 room guest house so do not have a permanently staffed reception. Check in is by appointment. We welcome arrivals between 10am to 9pm. Please indicate your anticipated time of arrival on the booking form. If this is likely to change significantly on the day, please inform us by phone. Your room may not be ready if you arrive before 2pm but you can un-load your bags and collect your parking permit. Thank you.
