Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:       
Standard Check-In Time: 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. 7 days notice for cancellation of a booking is required and is without charge. Please cancel any bookings made online via email to: cancellation@abbeyhouse.biz or by telephoning 01444 233299. Our office hours are 08:00am - 10.00pm.
All Bookings made within 3 days of arrival are to be settled at time of booking (at our discretion) and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations or non-arrival will be charged at the full room rate.
1 and 2 night bookings;
If you cancel your booking by 12 noon 3 days prior to your arrival you will not be charged for the booking unless otherwise stated in the rate description when you make your booking.
After this time any cancellations or non-arrival will be charged at the full room rate.
3 or more night bookings:
If you cancel your booking by 12 noon 7 days prior to your arrival you will not be charged for the booking unless otherwise stated in the rate description when you make your booking.
