Booking Policies
We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:     
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 21 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 21 Days notice. Other Policies- At the time of booking your card will be charged a deposit:
For stays of less than 4 weeks the deposit will be £300. Reservations with the total balance of less than £300 will be charged 100% of the balance.
For stays of between 4 and 10 weeks the deposit will be equal to one weeks' stay.
For stays of 10 weeks or over the deposit will be equal to two weeks' stay.
Please note that all payments made by credit or debit card are subject to a 3% surcharge.
Payment
You will be asked on arrival for full prepayment at the rate you booked at, less the deposit paid.
- Notice of cancellation is required 21 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge.
Cancellations made between 21 and 15 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of £300.
Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days prior to arrival will be subject to a charge of £300 or 50% of the stay, whichever is greater. Reservations with the total balance of less than £300 will be charged 100% of the balance.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the total stay.
Please note that refunds, where applicable, may take up to 21 days.
- Late Check in Fees
Our reception is open from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm throughout the week, including weekends. If you arrive before or after these times please notify us immediately. Arrivals between 10:00 pm and midnight are subject to GBP 20.00 service fee payable in cash on arrival. Every started hour after midnight will be charged GBP 10.00 extra.
