We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 21 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 21 Days notice.

Other Policies

• CANCELLATION POLICY It is recommended you take out Holiday Cancellation Insurance from your travel agent to cover every likely eventuality. When you book accommodation you are entering a legally binding contract. If you have to cancel your trip or fail to take up the accommodation, for whatever reason, you will be liable in full to the accommodation provider, in this case Melita House Hotel. If you are forced to cancel your booking please telephone us immediately and obtain a Cancellation Number from us. Every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation. If we succeed in re-letting it there you will be liable for an Administration Charge equivalent to one night's stay. If the accommodation is not re-let you will be liable in full. On signing our Registration Form or by placing a Reservation you are agreeing to be bound by the above Terms & Conditions. PLEASE NOTE that Final Accounts settled by credit card are subject to a 5% surcharge.
