Following major renovation works in 2007 we attained a 4 Star AA and Visit Britain Grading. Our Bed and Breakfast is extremely well located for the city centre yet is located in a quieter location, assuring you of a comfortable relaxing nights sleep, but still only a few metres away from all the nearby activities. Our rooms all include hairdryers, freeview televisions, tea and coffee making facilites for your comfort. Complimentary WiFi internet access, free off road Car Parking, discounted tickets to local attractions such as Chester Zoo and discounts to some local restaurants.

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

No changes to or cancellation of bookings are accepted. Refunds are not available.

Other Policies

• Terms and Conditions of Booking We operate a strict no-smoking policy in our building - a minimum £50 per room cleaning charge will be applied to any room where smoking has taken place. By making a reservation you agree to not smoke on the premises of the property at any time Failure to provide valid payment card details may result in the booking reverting to 'non-guaranteed', where your room is not guaranteed to be available upon arrival A booking is not accepted or confirmed until we have taken a £25 per room deposit from the card details provided If arrival is later than 4pm we reserve the right to debit the full charge of that night's stay to the debit/credit card unless agreed in advance. Cancellation charges: More than 1 week before arrival - a £25 per room booking fee is payable Between 1 week and 72 hours before arrival: 50% of the total cost is payable Less than 72 hours before arrival: 100% of the total cost is payable In the event of you modifying your reserva
