Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment by bank transfer. We accept payment with the following cards:     
Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. B&B cancellations/amendments must be communicated to us in writing & take effect from the date received & acknowledged by us.
Balance less than £150 - cancellation/amendment more than 7 days prior to arrival - Deposit only. Less than 7 days, Deposit + additional cost to equal 1st night charge or whichever is the greater.
Balance payment £150 or more - cancellation/amendment more than 7 days prior to arrival – Deposit + additional cost to equal 1st & 2nd night charge or whichever is the greater. Cancellations/amendments made less than 7 days prior to arrival - Full Payment.
ALL BOOKINGS non-transferable.
Curtailment of stay - no refund
Other Policies-
Check in times are between 1600 & 1830 (later to 2200 by prior arrangement). Latest check out time is 1030 on the day of departure.
We are unable to offer earlier Check In times or later Check Out times.
- Balance payments to be settled on arrival.
Any additional charges to be settled on departure.
- Children Policy.
We welcome well behaved children over the age of 12 at Croftside. There are no child age restrictions at The Bay Apartment Bracklesham only.
- Dog Policy.
No dog or other animal may be accommodated at Croftside. We can consider one small/medium well behaved dog at The Bay Apartment Bracklesham only.
- Inability to Process Cards for Deposits.
If for whatever reason the card details given for deposit payments are incorrect, and we are unable to process the payment, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative method of payment. Please note however, under these circumstances we are unable to hold the reservation, and the booking will be immediately re-opened for sale.
