Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment by bank transfer. We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. All cancellations/amendments must be communicated to us in writing & take effect from the date received & acknowledged by us.
B&B Cancellation charges and terms and conditions are outlined on www.croftsidebandb.com.
Self Catering Cancellation charges terms and conditions are outlined on www.chichesterholidays.com.
All Deposits and Balance Payments are non-refundable/non-transferable

No Show or Curtailment of stay - no refund/non-transferable/ full room/apartment cost charged
ROOM ONLY - advance purchase only - no changes no refunds Other Policies-
Check in times are between 1600 & 1830 (later to 2200 by prior arrangement). Latest check out time is 1030 on the day of departure.
We are unable to offer earlier Check In times or later Check Out times.
- B&B - Balance payments to be settled on arrival or 14 days prior to arrival as outlined in our terms and conditions (see www.croftsidebandb.com).
Any additional charges to be settled on departure.
SELF CATERING - Balance payments due 6 weeks prior to arrival or when booking confirmed by Chichester Holidays if arrival within 6 weeks. All S/C bookings are subject to guest signing and returning the booking documentation within 72 hours of our reservation email and booking documentation attachments.
ROOM ONLY - advance purchase only - full cost will be charged to your card prior to arrival - no refunds or changes.
- Children Policy.
We welcome well behaved children over the age of 12 at Croftside. There are no child age restrictions at The Bay Apartment Bracklesham only.
- Dog Policy.
No dog or other animal may be accommodated in the main house at Croftside. We can consider one small/medium well behaved dog at The Bay Apartment Bracklesham and in the Boathouse Suite at Croftside charged @ £5 per night.
- Credit & Debit Card Payments. Debit Cards foc. Credit Card or Paypal charges > of £3 or 3%.
- Inability to Process Cards for Deposits.
If for whatever reason the card details given for deposit payments are incorrect, and we are unable to process the payment, we will attempt to contact you for an alternative method of payment. Please note however, under these circumstances we are unable to hold the reservation, and the booking will be immediately re-opened for sale.
- BAY APARTMENT WINTER FUEL SUPPLEMENT:
Please note a daily charge of £3.50 will be added to all BAY APARTMENT rentals between 1st November & 31st March (excluding Christmas & New Year Bookings).
