Carraig Lodge, Castlerock, is a luxury modern 5* (NITB Certified) self-catering holiday accommodation, sleeping up to 6 guests, finished to exceedingly high standards that should cater for even the most discerning.

All accommodation is on ground floor level and consists of a spacious, fully equipped kitchen/dining area which overlooks the enclosed rear garden and extensive patio area which has built in BBQ and patio furniture.

The lounge is luxuriously furnished and equipped with digital TV, micro hi fi system, CD player, DVD player and gas fire. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double en suite, 1 twin), all fully furnished. The main bathroom has a bath, WC, wash basin and electric shower.

Facilities include: gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, ironing facilities, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, food processor, smoothie maker, electronic safe, high chair, travel cot, gas BBQ, built in BBQ, patio furniture, sun loungers, colour TV, electric over-blankets available, garden for guest use, private parking, gas fire, OFCH.

Normal usage of oil, gas and electric is included in rental. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is direct access from the driveway to the bungalow via the utility room which includes 1 low step.

Booking Policies

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 56 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 42 Days notice.

Other Policies

• Prices. Prices quoted are per holiday home and not per person. Weekly Rates £375 - £500 per week. 2-Night Mini Breaks from £170. 3-Night Mini Breaks from £200.
• Arrival And Departure Days. Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday during Peak and High Season or by prior arrangement. Lettings commence at 4.00 p.m. and finish at 10.30 a.m. During Low and Mid Season these times may be flexible.
• Booking Confirmation. Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week or per short break (or Euro equivalent). The balance of the holiday cost is to be paid without further notification, a full 6 weeks prior to start date. If the payment is not received in time, we will consider the Hirer to be in breach of contract, thereby resulting in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.
• Cancellation. Should you have to cancel your holiday for some reason, please notify the property owners as soon as possible by telephone. Your cancellation must also be confirmed in writing and will become effective from date of receipt of your written instructions. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply: More than 42 days notice - Booking Deposit only. Less than 42 days notice - 100% of holiday cost. These charges may be relaxed if it is possible to let the property.
• Good Housekeeping Deposit. A Good Housekeeping Deposit of £100.00 is payable upon arrival. This deposit will normally be returned in full within one week of departure provided the property is left as found and is in a clean and tidy condition. The deposit will only be used in the event of loss, breakages or excessive use of oil/gas/electricity. Any use of the telephone line must be paid for.
• Entitlement. Only persons for whom a booking is made and whose names appear on the booking form shall be entitled to occupy the accommodation. In the event of any unauthorised person being found in the accommodation, the booking for the accommodation may be terminated forthwith without refund. The unit accommodates a maximum of 6 persons.
