Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 24 Hours before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 8 Hours notice.

Other Policies

• The hotel is strickly no smoking. If guests are found to have smoked in a room causing us to have to air the room and be unable to relet for another 48 hours, guests will be charged up to £100 in addition to the agreed room rate
