Booking Policies
We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request. We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:
Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. We strongly advise you to take out Travel Insurance for cancellation and other unexpected events.
* We reserve the right to amend the cancellation policy at any time.
* All cancellation notices must be in writing or via e-mail.
* Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged the full booking cost, if the room(s) are not re-sold.
* Deposits if given are non-refundable. Other Policies- Advance bookings can only be secured on receipt of credit/debit card details or by personal cheque. *
For advance bookings that exceed 6 months or £500 we require a 15% deposit of the total booking. *
Any finalised bill paid by Credit or Debit card is subject to a £2 handling fee. *
For a single night booking, payment is preferred in advance or at time of arrival. *
Sorry, we do not except cheques for settling the room bill. *
Any damage to or removal of the fixtures and fittings must be paid for. *
Anyone found to be smoking will be asked to leave and one extra nights stay will be added to the final bill. *
Luggage and personal belongings left unattended are not the responsibility of The Brae Lodge Guest House. *
No responsibility is taken for loss or damage to vehicles parked in the car park. *
Guests are advised to remove all valuables and keep their vehicles locked at all times. *
