Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 21 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours notice.

• Smoking Policy The Customs House operate a Non Smoking policy in our guest rooms. If smoking has been detected a £50.00 valet charge will be applied to the credit card guaranteeing the booking.
