Booking Policies

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 28 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours notice.

Other Policies

• Check in time is from 3.00pm. All guests will be met at the property at a mutually agreed time and provided with keys, Information Pack and Welcome Hamper. Check out time is 10.30am unless a previous arrangement has been made.
• A security cheque of £100 will be required on the day of arrival and will be returned after departure inventory and property check.
• No pets are allowed in the property
