Gaelic for High House, Aros Ard Bed and Breakfast truly lives up to it's name by being situated up on a hill overlooking the Loch Linnhe and the Ardgour Hills. Built in 1999 our beautiful modern Bed and Breakfast offers comfortable, clean, and luxurious accommodation. We also pride ourselves on our very high quality 4 star accommodation and service to all our customers.

We have 3 Rooms Our popular King Size Bedroom offers a level of luxury that will not disappoint, with stunning views over Loch Linnhe and the Ardgour Peninsular. We guarantee your stay in our master room will leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.

Our beautiful co-ordinated Double, Family and Twin Bedrooms offers en-suite facilities comfort, and 4 Star luxury, enjoy hot beverage whilst relaxing and looking out across the superb views to Loch Linnhe and the Ardgour Peninsular beyond.

All Rooms are en-suite, Tea and Coffee making facilities, Television, Radio Alarm Clock, Hairdryer, and Individually Controlled Central Heating.

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

PLEASE NOTE: That a discount of £2.50 per person per night maybe be taken is stay for 2 or more days. Credit card details are required to secure your booking. A deposit of 20% will be taken to secure your booking, (deposits are non-refundable) the remaining balance will be due for payment on day of departure. Please Note. We except cash and / or Credit / Debit Card there will be a £2.00 charge for all credit and debit cards, this is a one off payment and is only charged on departure.
