Rose Lodge Bed and Breakfast offers panoramic views of the Buchan countryside and is in an ideal location to explore fishing villages, the rugged coastline, museums and castles. See commercially worked peatlands and wooded vales nestling under the brow of Mormond Hill which takes us to New Leeds, a tiny village of seventy people.

We have a beautiful garden for guests to relax in and enjoy.

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours notice.

• We accept cash or cheque only so please have this with you when checkin in.
