Check-In: Early check in especially for long haul flight arrivals and ferry arrivals and for those coming by private plane from Lydd Airport is possible;telephoning is suggested.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 28 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 21 Days notice.

• 1.The right to refuse admission is reserved for anyone who becomes or is deemed likely to become an incumbrance to other guests or staff. 2.As part of our green energy efficient policy guests are asked to switch off all lights,bathroom extractors and tv when leaving a room.
• Smoking is illegal on hotel premises,including rooms,public areas,front steps,balconies.Anyone smoking will leave immediately without refund and may incur extra cleaning costs,payment for downtime on rooms and Hastings Council fine.
