Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings. We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:
Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Reservations:
A non refundable deposit of the first night is required when booking, for one night booking we ask for payment in full please. We accept cash, cheques and most major credit cards. Cheques should be made payable to Atlantic House B & B to be received within seven days of booking.
When making a reservation both the guest and Atlantic House enter into a legally binding contract. A non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of a verbal reservation. The amount of the deposit will be deducted from the total due at the end of the visit.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation or failure of arrival we will endeavor to re-book the room. If we can not re-book the room there will be a charge of 80% of the total cost of the reservation. All cancellations must be in writing by letter or email. We can not give a reduction to temporary absence or early departure, this is standard practice within the Holiday Industry.
