There will be a charge of £2.50 on all credit cards Payment due on arrival. If you expect to arrive after 6pm you should email us with your expected arrival time. If you need to change or cancel your booking please email us or telephone 01463 231243. If you cancel less than 7 days before 4pm UK time on your arrival date or do not take up your booking by midnight on the night of your first stay you will be charged the booking value of the first nights stay. Family rooms are priced for children under the age of 13 years old.
