Booking Policies

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Cancellations In the case of a cancellation, please advise us immediately, we will attempt to re-let the room and return your deposit less a handling charge of £5 per person. If we are unable to re-let the room then you will be liable for 2/3 of the cost. If you do not cancel and do not use the booking then you will be liable for all the cost less the cost of breakfast. You are advised to take out holiday cancellations insurance. Arrival and Departure Your room will be ready for you to occupy from 4.00pm. It would be helpful and appreciated if you would be kind enough to give us a call and inform us of your expected time of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
