Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:     
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 28 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 72 Hours notice. Other Policies- No Smoking throughout hotel
Cancellation Policy
More than 4 weeks prior to arrival, refund of deposit minus £10 administration fee.
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival loss of deposit if we cannot re-let the accommodation reserved.
Three days or less prior to arrival total cost of accommodation reserved if we cannot re-let the accommodation.
Guests who have cancelled a reservation can be assured we try very hard to re-let any cancelled accommodation and if we are successful in filling these room/s a refund is made minus a £10 administration fee. We would also like to point out insurance against such an occurrence can be purchased for a very modest fee.
