Overview

We are a Family run Guest house close to Town and all main beaches, Lusty Glaze being the closest which offers an array of activities and is a Family Friendly beautiful cove. All our rooms are decorated to a high Standard and come with DVD, Mini frdges and LCD TV,S with freeview .Newquay Zoo, waterworld and the aquarium are all close by.We are a no smoking guest house but we have a front and back garden to indulge.

We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 7 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours notice.

Other Policies

I f you do not turn up on the days booked you will be charged the full amount for your stay.
