Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:   
Standard Check-In Time: 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Cancellations up until 7 days prior to arrival, guests will lose their deposit. Cancellations made after 7 days prior to arrival guest will lose the deposit and also be charged the total amount due on their reservation. Other Policies- BOOKING FEE ( applicable to bookings made from 19.10.12 for the 2012 season onwards)
To enable us to carry on giving our customers the best room rates, we can no longer cover the costs involved in customers paying via credit card. We will charge a £2 fee if paying by credit card, which will be taken when you pay your final balance.
- PARKING (applicable to bookings made from 19.10.11 for the 2012 season onwards)
Onsite parking is available at £3 per night and is non refundable; there is limited offsite parking available on one of the side roads opposite the metro. If parking is required this must be reserved when making your reservation, as we cannot guarantee there will be free spaces available when you check in.
- SPECIAL OFFERS, any special offers are not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. Offers can only be applied at the time of booking. Only one free night is applicable to the book at least 2 nights and get an extra night free offer. Multiple bookings will not be accepted only 1 free nights stay is allowed.
- The metro is for families and couples only. We do not accept bookings made by groups or hen and stag do's.
- The metro bed and breakfasts premises, including the car park is only for the use of paying guests. No visitors are permitted.
- Guests can only check in from 3:30pm we do not allow for early check ins. If you are to arrive after 9:00 pm please call us so we can inform you of our self check-in procedure.
