Booking Policies
We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:     
Standard Check-In Time: 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Terms & Conditions:
A one night deposit is required to make a reservation.
The balance is payable on arrival.
The room(s) will not be booked if the card details have not been entered.
7 days notice must be given for any cancellation to obtain a full refund less a £10 processing charge.
If the notice is less than 7 days but the room can be re-booked for the whole period of the original booking the deposit is refunded in full less a £10 processing charge.
In the event of a cancellation on or after the arrival date no refund will be given.
A "no show" may be charged for the whole reservation less whatever nights can be re-booked.
Our minimum booking period is for 2 nights unless a 1 night booking has been accepted.
Any amendments and cancellations are to be made via the reservations email "reservations@martelguesthouse.co.uk" quoting the reservation number and obtaining a cancellation code.
