Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings. We accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment by bank transfer. We accept payment via PayPal: 
Standard Check-In Time: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Confirmation of booking:
To confirm your booking please ensure you pay your deposit within 24 hours of making your booking (1 hour if booking is within 24 hours). Your booking will be cancelled if the deposit is not received. PayPal (credit card) is instantaneous hence no issues should arise; for bank transfer or other methods of paying your deposit (including cash) please email, phone or text us to clarify your intentions (if your keep us informed we will always ensure your booking is safe).
Cancellation of booking:
If you let us know by email or phone that you wish to cancel the booking your deposit will be refunded (less 5% to cover costs) but only if you let us know at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. We will endeavour to give a refund (less 5%) if notice is less than 14 days but only if we can re-let the room. For bookings of one night only no refund will be given, unless we can re-let the room (less 5% to cover costs).
Other Policies- Prices are quoted in pounds sterling. VAT is not applicable and hence not payable. Price of room may be negotiable for longer stays; call us to discuss.
- A deposit covering the first night is required to secure the reservation when making your booking; this can be made by debit / credit card via a secure online transaction (PayPal) or by bank transfer. The reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The balance is then payable on arrival by debit / credit card via a secure online transaction (PayPal) or in cash. Alternatively payment can be made by bank transfer but at least 4 working days before arrival. In all cases your stay with us must be paid for at the latest on the day of arrival.

Should you wish to change your booking dates, subject to availability, we will always try to accommodate your needs.
- For bookings of one night only no refund will be given. The only exception to this rule is if the room can be re-let when a refund will be given (less 5% for transaction costs).
- Unless agreed otherwise 'Check in' is after 4pm. 'Check out' is before 10am (if you wish you can leave your bags and/or car for the day and collect later).
- No pets
