Higher Faugan Built in 1904 as the family home of artists Stanhope & Elizabeth Forbes. In a secluded location, set in 10 acres of private grounds with large lawn for guest use, Reopened in 08 after long refurbishment with the addition of 4 suites in the north wing, originally the artist studio Suites are designed for 2 but will sleep 4 utilizing sofabeds, they include king size beds, sofa's, LCD TV's, ensuite bathrooms with bath & shower. refrigerator, microwave, toaster, tea/coffee making allowing guests the freedom to rise at whatever time they wish & cater the complimentary continental breakfast provided in the room at times to suit themselves, standard, Classic or superior en-suite rooms also available. free parking. Reg helipad. No Restaurant or public rooms, suites and rooms serviced daily. situated approx 1.5 miles outside Penzance, well behaved children over 3 welcome, although not essential a car is recommended

1) accommodation is subject to suites or rooms being available upon the receipt of a non refundable deposit equal to the first night, furthermore we respectfully request that the balance of accommodation is paid in full on arrival after check in under certain circumstances rooms can be held on option (max 48 hours) until deposits are received. We will endeavour to hold a particular room but this cannot be guaranteed. 2) cancellation charges will apply as follows 48 hrs 100%./>Alterations to an existing booking will incur charges.
