Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings. We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Following confirmation of your reservation your deposit becomes non-refundable and non transferable should you cancel any part, or all of your reservation.
When a cancellation is made within 21 days of arrival or by no shows a cancellation charge equal to the whole booking will become payable.
Where a reservation is made using debit or credit card the same card will be debited with the cancellation charge unless other payment methods are offered and approved.
When a room has been paid for in advance, payment will not be refunded upon cancellation.
When a reservation is for a two night minimum stay or three night minimum bank holiday weekend stay, cancellation of only one or two nights will not be allowed and cancellations will be subject to full payment.
When a reservation is cut short after arrival the stay will be subject to payment in full.
We strongly advise guests to have appropriate travel insurance in place before they travel. Other Policies- Parking
No Private on site parking. Free public on street parking running the length of the sea front. Pay and Display nearby.
- Check-In/Check-out times
We do not have a permanently manned reception nor a night porter, therefore check-in is by Appointment between Midday and 19.00 latest.
