Salcombe, Hope Cove, Bolberry & Thurlestone are all close by with a fantastic selection of sandy beaches, water activities, coastal walks and golf courses.
The popular town of Salcombe is just 5 minutes drive away or can be reached via the new cycle path or a range of footpaths. It's boutique shops, sandy beaches, cosy cafes and restaurants all add to our` South Hams haven.
Bigbury Bay & Thurlestone Golf Courses are within easy reach, and can be seen from both rooms.
We are perfectly set to explore the"South Hams" both on foot and by car. Bolberry Down "Bolt Head / Bolt Tail" is ideal for those windswept cliff top walks.
Dartmoor National Park can also be seen from the property and is a great place to exlpore, should you get tired of sea & sand !!!

Booking Policies

We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

Standard Check-In Time: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

A non-refundable 50% deposit will be required to confirm each booking. The balance paymentfor B&B guests will be due at the time of check-out by cash or cheque. The balance payment for weekly rentals will be due six weeks before the check-in date along with the security deposit. Cancellations of B&B reservations made with less than 48hrs notice will be charged at full price. Cancellations made on weekly bookings of the whole house are as follows: ¬ 25% of the total balance price will be charged for cancellations made outside the six week period before the start of the rental date. ¬ 50% of the total balance price will be charged for cancellations made within the six weeks prior to the start of the rental date. A refundable security deposit of £500 will be charged at the date of the final balance payment. This will be refunded within a week of the departure date as long as no damage to the property has been incurred.
