Booking Policies

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 56 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours notice.

Other Policies

• Final Accounts to be settled on arrival. Payments accepted: cash, cheque, visa, maestro, solo, mastercard. There is a 2% handling fee for credit card payments, no charge for debit cards.
• No allowance can be made for meals and / or accommodation not taken during the period booked.
• Guests causing damage to guest house property (including accidental damage) will be charged for its replacement or repair. The person making the booking will be liable.
