Other Policies

• ADULTS ONLY POLICY : We do not accept children under the age of 16 and reserve the right to cancel without notice.
• CREDIT CARD CHARGES No card charges will be made on deposits paid by credit cards. If payment for the balance of your stay is made by CREDIT CARD there will be a 1.98% surcharge. NO CHARGES ARE MADE FOR DEBIT CARDS OR CASH.
• DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS : We require a valid credit card to secure bookings. A deposit of £50 will be taken as a non-refundable payment at the time of the booking and we and reserve the right to charge the card for cancellations falling outside the permitted time scales, as detailed in our Cancellation Policy. By entering into this agreement you are authorising us to make charges to the card without any additional consent being required.
• CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIMES Check in is between 2pm and 6pm. Early &late check-ins available by arrangment. Check out is by 10 am. If required, we can arrange to store luggage for collection at a mutually convenient time later in the day.
• SMOKING POLICY : We operate a strict no smoking policy through the premises and grounds.
