Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:    
Standard Check-In Time: 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. (1) When booking with us we request valid credit/debit card details. You will not be charged at this time unless you expressly wish to pay in advance. On departure you may choose to pay using a debit/credit card or with cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
(2) If you give us more than 14 days notice, there will be no charge, and any deposit paid will be refunded in full to the original card number.
(3) If you give us 14 days notice or less, you will only be charged if we are unable to re-let the room(s).
(4) If you do not inform us of your intention to cancel, we will be unable to re-let the room(s) and as a result, you will be charged with the full cost of the booking.

(5) We have a strict no smoking policy in the house.
(6) Should you need to cancel or alter your booking, please inform us as soon as possible on 01743 359275.
