Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:   
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 21 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 48 Hours notice. Other Policies- •We strongly advise all guests to take out holiday insurance, in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel. All cancelations are non transferable. All deposits are non refunable. In the event of a No Show, the full amount of your reservation will remain payable.
- •The Greystones is strictly non smoking. There will be a charge of £50.00 to any guest who is found to have been smoking within The Sherwood Hotel. Any guest found smoking will be asked to leave The Hotel.
- Please note that stag/hen parties and single-sex groups are not accepted.
