The Sherwood Hotel

Located in the heart of the lively coastal resort of Skegness, The Sherwood Hotel offers free Wi-Fi and comfortable accommodation. The hotel is situated opposite Embassy Theatre, close to Skegness Clock Tower and a 10 min. walk from the train/bus station.

Our Traditional rooms have their own TV, tea/coffee maker. We have rooms that feature full En-suite facilities, while some share shower facilities.

The many shops, restaurants and bars of Skegness are on The Sherwood’s doorstep. The famous sea side Butlins resort is less than 10 minutes’ journey by car.

Guests can enjoy a traditional full English breakfast made with fresh, high quality ingredients from local suppliers. Traditional ales are served in the guest lounge.

We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

If Cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of £5.00 will be charged. If cancelled the day before arrival the first night will become payable. If cancelled on day of arrival the total amount of reservation will remain payable.

Other Policies

• We strongly advise all guests to take out holiday insurance, in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel. All cancelations are non transferable. All deposits are non refunable. In the event of a No Show, the full amount of your reservation will remain payable.
• The Sherwood is strictly non smoking. There will be a charge of £50.00 to any guest who is found to have been smoking within The Sherwood Hotel. Any guest found smoking will be asked to leave The Hotel.
