Annie's Guest House offers clean, comfortable, quality accommodation at very competitive rates all year round. All our rooms have memory foam mattresses, are non-smoking with double-glazed opening windows complete with black-out roller blinds, individual temperature controls, study desk with lamp, large flat-screen, digital TV's with Freeview, free wired and wireless internet, alarm clock, tea/coffee, iron, ironing board, hair-dryer, shave point, big soft 'bath sheet' size towels, use of our guest fridge, microwave, 24/7 access - no curfew or lockout.

Booking Policies

We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

The cost of your first night is required at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy for the remainder of your booking (so you need to tell us by 10pm the day before if you wish to shorten your stay). Your deposit will be taken from the card supplied at the time of booking, the balance may be paid by cash, credit or debit card. Sorry we do not accept cheques (business or personal). Note to company bookings: If you wish the total cost of accommodation to be charged to the card supplied please indicate this in the Special Requests box.

Other Policies

• Children welcome. We do not accept pets or Stag/Hen-type groups.
• Non-smoking throughout.
• Check-in from 3pm until 10pm. Arrival after 10pm needs to be requested in advance of your arrival day and is charged in line with staff wages per hour or part thereof.
