Booking Policies

We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Check-In: check-in and parking permits available strictly at a pre-agreed time between 2pm and 9pm
Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

A one night non-refundable charge is taken when the booking is processed.Bookings made within 7 days of arrival are charged in full when the booking is processed and this is non-refundable. In the event of no show we reserve the right to charge in full for the first night and then 2/3rds of the balance. The earliest check-in is 2pm and latest 9pm. Other times by prior notification.
