Guests can enjoy a choice of 3 ensuite rooms situated privately in the original servants quarters of a late Georgian town-house, once the dwelling of Lord Lovering!
All rooms are ensuite, well-equipped, centrally heated and benefit from a private entrance reserved just for guests.
We are within an easy walk of rail/bus/coach links and an ideal place from which to visit the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan, which are both 6 miles away. And the historic port of Charlestown and Mevagissey are even closer.
Home cooked, generous breakfasts [using local organic produce where-ever possible]are served in the elegant dining room overlooking the Gover Valley.
We have a private, off-road car park and a quiet, fully enclosed patio for quests to use.

Booking Policies

We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Standard Check-In Time: 12:45 PM to 9:00 PM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Changes and cancellations to bookings made up to 14 Days before the arrival date/time are without charge. Thereafter the deposit may be charged. The total value of the booking may be charged if changes/cancellations are made with less than 7 Days notice.

Other Policies

• We try to be as fair as possible when there is a cancellation. If we are given plenty of notice, we will have time to re-let the room and there will be no charge for the cancellation. We request payment for nights we cannot re-book.
