Booking Policies
We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:     
Standard Check-In Time: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. Sometimes there is a good reason why a cancellation has to be made. All we ask is that you give us a full 7 days clear notice. In this situation there will be no penalty charge. If a cancellation is made within 7 of the holiday start date we will endeavour to re-let the room and if this is possible we will only charge you for the period we could not re-let the accommodation. If a booking is not cancelled and you do not turn up we are obliged to charge the full outstanding balance of the account. Holiday insurance is an advisable protection for the unexpected. Other Policies- Dogs/Pets.
Dogs are welcome in some rooms (Guide Dogs are permitted in all rooms). Please ensure you advise us regarding visiting dogs so that appropriate arrangements can be made. We do not charge for dogs but for insurance purposes, and for the comfort of other guests, we do not allow dogs to be left unattended in a bedroom at any time. Dogs must not sleep on the beds. They shall have their own rug, blanket or bedding on the floor.
- Children.
Children must be under parental supervision at all times and must not be left to wander around the farm.
- Farm.
We are a working farm and farms can be extremely dangerous environments. Please take care with children, yourselves and your pets (dogs must not go near our livestock or in the childrens play areas). If you come in to contact with any animals please wash your and/or your children's hands thoroughly.
- Vouchers. if you have a voucher to use at this establishment please note that the booking can only made through the company that issued the voucher. Vouchers can not be used for on-line booking.
