Booking Policies
We accept online bookings on a request only basis. We will contact you to confirm your reservation request. We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers. We accept payment with the following cards:
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM Standard Check-Out Time: 10:30 AM Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later. We operate a cancellation policy whereby in the event of a guest not arriving (no-show), or a cancellation without 24 hours notice, the full amount for the first night of the booking will be payable (we will attempt to re-let rooms from time of cancellation, and if successful, are happy to waive this charge). There is no charge for cancellation with 24 hours notice. Guests are advised to consider travel insurance for this eventuality.
Other Policies- The entire building is strictly non smoking.
- No pets are allowed
- We do not have a 24 hour reception, and check-in is only possible up to 23:30. There is no provision for check-in after this time, and admission will not be possible with the booking being treated as a no-show. If you are arriving after 22.00, please let us know beforehand so that we can expect a late check-in.
- Any large vehicles (over 5.7m LWB transit size) can only be catered for by prior arrangement - we have only one suitable space available for such vehicles, which is not always available, and parking will not be allowed on site unless this has been pre-agreed . There is no nearby offsite parking.
- Bookings involving infants/babies for other than the Garden Flat can only be taken by phone/email.
