Weston Sands

The Weston Sands development comprises 6 lovingly restored and individually styled barn conversions, specifically designed to provide quality self-catering accommodation in the Heart of England. Our latest addition is a studio apartment ideal for the business traveller.

Set in beautiful open countryside but close to Shakespeare’s Stratford upon Avon, these properties are stylishly furnished on a contemporary theme with high quality fixtures and fittings.

Bookings can be made for a minimum of 3 days, by the week or longer term by negotiation. Shortbreaks are available - 3 night bookings commence on a Friday and 4 night stays begin on a Monday. Please call or email for any other start days.

A 30 % deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Credit card payments are subject to a £5 booking fee.

Booking Policies

We accept instant confirmation online bookings.
We do not accept bookings from official tourism information centers.

We accept payment with the following cards:

Check-In: Check in after 4.00 p.m. 3 night bookings commence on Friday. 4 night booking commence on Monday Any other start date - please telephone or email.
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM
Please contact us if you would like to check-in earlier / check-out later.

Any cancellation made by the Client for whatever reason shall be in writing and addressed to Weston Sands Holiday Homes Ltd. at the top of the Booking Form. On receipt of notice of cancellation, Weston Sands Holiday Homes Ltd. will seek to re-let the property for the period of booking. If Weston Sands Holiday Homes Ltd. succeeds in re-letting the property for the whole period is shall refund all the monies paid less an administrative charge of £20 per booking. If Weston Sands Holiday Homes Ltd. only succeeds in re-letting the property for part of the period booked is shall refund an amount equal to the money paid less (1) the rental for the period which is not re-let and (2) and administrative charge of £20. If Weston Sands Holiday Homes Ltd. Is unable to re-let the property at all then all monies paid by the client shall be forfeit to Weston Sands Holiday Homes Ltd.

Other Policies

• Bookings paid by credit card are subject to a £5 booking fee.
• A deposit of one third of the rental fee is payable if the booking is made more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental. The balance shall be payable 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental. Non-payment of the balance of the rent on or before the due date shall be construed as a cancellation of the contract by the client. For bookings made less than 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental, the total fee is payable.
